Well this is sort of the whole reason I sing. It is the reason we sing in church and call it Worship.
There is a reason we offer our bodies as living sacrifices like Romans 12:1 urges us to do. It is in light of God's mercy.
It is to thank Him and give positive attention to His character. We lift our hands and voices and hearts and minds and ask that our every action would bring glory, not to ourselves, but to the One who truly deserves it.
